Once more, we made it! A fresh prize for Saturnalia.

The TA team is proud to announce that Saturnalia has just been proclaimed winner at the Second Round of the Copernicus Incubation Programme (CIP). The CIP is an initiative of the European Commission, intended to support the most innovative and commercially promising business applications based on Copernicus data and services.

Winners of CPI get equity-free funding to support their development and get access to new networks, tools and promotion opportunities. Joining the programme as a winner means being able to accelerate your business launch, improve your Copernicus-based product or service and increase your competitive advantage in the highly competitive environment of EO-based startups.

With this further success in an open competition on business plans deeply scrutinising the soundness, solidity and sustainability of the innovative scientific and business idea, Saturnalia confirms it is a great idea worth developing. The TA team is devoting substantial effort into making it a commercial success and a new, wonderful means to demonstrate that Earth Observation is a powerful generator of new business.
