Ticinum data published in an Economist column

Many of our web visitors may know about The Economist, a British weekly magazine-format newspaper founded in 1843. Its primary focus is world events, global and regional politics and business, but it also includes sections on science and technology, book reviews, art features, opinion columns. The Economist is, in its own definition, “content with small circulation” and read by an elite audience “with higher than average incomes, better than average minds but with less than average time” (the Economist web site, “about us” section).

On its latest issue, on Friday 22nd November, the Economist published an article on how climate change is impacting wine production. We are proud to stress that the charts accompanying the article are part of a report produced by our company. We have been contacted by the writer and collaborated to supporting his findings with our quantitative data, which is now published on the famous newspaper at:

We are really happy to have achieved one more recognition of our standing in the wine data realm, and look forward to the next steps.
